If your temporary tattoo has slipped during application, this is of course annoying, but nothing to worry about. At minink, we want you to be completely satisfied. Here are a few steps you can follow to fix the problem:

1. Remove the tattoo: If the tattoo is not completely dry, you can carefully wipe it off with a damp cloth. However, please be very careful not to irritate the skin.

2. Clean the skin: Before you apply a new tattoo, you should clean and dry the skin thoroughly. This will ensure that the tattoo adheres well and does not slip again.

3. Applying a new tattoo: Now you can apply a new tattoo. Make sure that the skin is taut and that you press the tattoo on slowly and carefully. This avoids wrinkles and ensures the tattoo sits perfectly. Also make sure that your washcloth is completely soaked and is pressed onto the tattoo for approx. 20 seconds.

If you don't have a replacement tattoo to hand, we offer you the option of a free replacement. All you have to do is send an email to support@minink.ch and provide the following information:

✅ The reason for the replacement order
